HTC-Highroad Women (UCI Code: TCW) is a professional cycling team based in Germany that competes in elite road bicycle racing and track cycling events. Prior to 2008, the team was named T-Mobile Women and High Road also sponsors an elite men's professional team known as HTC-Highroad. The Team High Road Women competed in events for the UCI Women's Road World Cup. On June 15, 2008 Columbia Sportswear announced a three year sponsorship of the team beginning on July 5, which is the start of the Tour de France for the mens side of team.
